Has it been at least 6 months since you have completed your Ordeal? If it has Kittan lodge is inviting you to come, and take the next step in your leadership journey. By taking part in the Brotherhood Induction you will be to fully complete your membership in the Order of the Arrow. It is our hope that this process will help you develop further into a strong leader who is dedicates to the high ideals of the Order of the Arrow and the Scout Law and Oath.
